Recipe for a gluten free pancake

Breakfast is a vital food for the day, although it is now the fastest meal taken daily except snacks. Cereal foods has taken over family breakfast menus because of its ease of preparation. Most cereals are often filled with sugar then minute minerals are added as supplement to attract more customers. Apart from cereal; tea, coffee, burger, doughnuts, buns and pizzas are other foods for breakfast. However unlike the before eggs and pancake with a slice of fruit breakfast which have been forgotten by some families is a recipe that is easy and a good choice for breakfast. This recipe is for a gluten-free pancake. The major constituent to note is the flour. I have noticed that mixing rice flour with starch e.g potato makes the right combination. And then, after a classic pancake recipe, to complete the batter, baking powder with no aluminum, olive or groundnut oil, an egg does the trick. Then pour them into the sizzling skillet to form your golden brown pancake.

Wanting something more moisture, that's when you think of apple sauce. I loved the apple sauce gluten-free pancakes, since i noticed that it melts inside my mouth. Also, my friends didn't know when I served these pancakes to them. These they said was also moist. This turned out to become an interesting experience for me, finding that my breakfast could be as it were before. I was happy when i heard reviews because of their flavor. It's nice preparing a new gluten free recipe as it challenges the wheat recipe. Although both needs the same major ingredients flour and wheat before needing others like eggs, baking powder, applesauce, cinnamon e.t.c

The first day I created a recipe, I didn't use wheat!. You can call that one of my kitchen achievements. They weren't all that gluten-free, however nobody noticed it in my house. It is  really fascinating how pumpkin can bind as much more as moisture content. Together with the pumpkin and blended flour, I added egg, cinnamon, olive or groundnut oil, baking powder, and then some water. All these depending on the quantity of flour blend. Wow that's easy and a quicker enjoyable  meal for breakfast.

I know you can now forget excuses of having a breakfast that's sugary . The varieties for making pancakes differ so that it suits each of us personally. constipation tips and remedy

A friend once complained to me of constipation and as a matter of fact a close one. He said that any time he taught of defecating it made him shed tears because of the pain he's having. All i told him was that i would help him find a cure 'a remedy'. Then I set off to look for a suiting remedy for my friend. It wasn't a much hectic task since i was a science student and i stomped on a remedy online.

I went through the tips and tricks in the eBook and found out that it can easily be practiced at home as such home remedies. I also realized that some of them are a little bit painful. I realize that one's health is worth spending time on to improve and so a few minutes or hours won't do any bad.

But honestly, if you knew of a quicker and better home remedy for constipation, I know you would want to help a friend. Won't you? ! I'm not sure about you but I will and will even love to help so many other people even though they are not my pals.-

So I told him to take a look at one of the home remedies I found. Maybe he might have tried one or several of them. After then he tried the trick and he got a good result. now he thanks me everyday. so i thought it would be okay if i shared it with you guys especially 'YOU'

Some of the tips are :

Paw paw and Figs

Medium-sized pawpaw can be eaten at breakfast for it acts as a diuretic. 4 to five dry figs can also be soaked overnight in  water and eaten in the morning. This one really helps.

Pears

Pears are useful for treating bowel obstruction. People with chronic constipation must accept diet built exclusively on pear juice for long, but in some cases, small pear taken after breakfast or dinner  will do.

Spinach

Spinach has been said to be the most vegetable good for the whole bowel for about one century. It holds the best organic material for the cleaning, reconstruction, and regeneration of the abdominal tract. 100ml of raw spinach juice , blended with 100ml of clean water, taken twice daily, will relieve you of your serious cases of constipation in a few days.
